What we collect, and why
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, work email address, organisation, and any details you choose to include (role, phone number, estate size, message). We use this solely to respond to your enquiry – our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry you initiated).
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting platform may record standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request time) for security and reliability.
Where it goes
- Azure Static Web Apps & Azure Functions (Microsoft) – hosts the site and processes form submissions.
- Azure Communication Services (Microsoft) – delivers your enquiry to us by email, from UK/EU regions.
- Application Insights (Microsoft) – service telemetry for reliability; not used to profile visitors.
We do not sell personal data, share it for marketing, or add you to mailing lists.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, then deleted in line with our retention schedule.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict our processing. Contact hello@secure.org.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). We are registered with the ICO under reference [ICO reference].
